Domestic Flights. Within Australia there are direct domestic flights to Perth from the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Cairns, Melbourne, Avalon, Adelaide, Alice Springs, Uluru (Ayers Rock), The Granites, Darwin, Kununurra, Argyle, Derby, Mt Keith, Broome, Telfer, Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Leinster, Windarling, Newman, Cloudbreak, Port Hedland, Barimunya, Albany, Karratha, West Angelas, Busselton, Paraburdoo, Geraldton, Kalbarri, Learmonth, Carnarvon, and Monkey Mia. In other words, it's very easy to visit some Australian or New Zealand colleagues while you're here!

International Flights. Seventeen international airlines fly into Perth, including all the major airline alliances. There are direct international flights from Auckland, Beijing, Hong Kong, Denpasar, Guangzhou, Jakarta, Christmas Island, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Phuket, Cocos Island, Mauritius, Dubai and Johannesburg. Onward connecting flights are available to numerous other worldwide destinations, from the direct ports served.

Transportation between Perth airport and Rottnest Island. Buses have been booked between the airport and ferry terminal, ferries have been booked to and from the island: details will be sent to attendees shortly.

The last ferry of the day to the island is at 15:15 from Fremantle; the first ferry of the day to the mainland is at 08:25, see the Ferry Timetable
